Global Majority, in partnership with the Monterey College of Law, cordially invites you to its third annual Middle East seminar, commencing with a tour of the Israel-Palestine region and closing with a symposium on conflict resolution.
This program will take place on the grounds of Tantur Ecumenical Institute* in Jerusalem from July 28th to August 13th. The Middle East course, which focuses on the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, will be held from Sunday, August 2nd until Thursday, August 13th. A study tour organized by Global Majority and the People’s Peace Fund, will commence on July 28th and end on the 31st; participants will have the opportunity to meet with local Israeli and Palestinian NGOs at this time.
Global Majority and its sponsors hope to build the leadership capacity of civil society advocates and emerging leaders in nonviolent conflict resolution, international negotiation and peace-building. This program has been designed to introduce American, Israeli, Palestinian, and other international students to conflict resolution issues in the Middle East.
