  1. Dear my Glomaj family,

Greetings from Nepal! Yes, indeed my Nepali colleagues, COCAP (Collective Campaign for Peace) and Global Majority Nepal project are hosting this regional symposium next week. In spite of political instability here in Kathmandu, Nepal is initiating this regional forum. The most encouraging thing is that we received positive response from other civil society organizations from the South Asia region (8 countries – Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Moldives, Nepal, Pakistan and Sri Lanka).

At the end of the symposium, organizers are hoping to establish a regional forum to keep dialogue going among civil societies. Little by little, slowly yet surely dialogues shall bring peace along.
